My moist, delicious carrot cake is made with locally grown carrots, pecans, cinnamon, eggs, sugar, flour. The frosting is not sickingly sweet and made with cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar, topped with a toasted pecan. I've had nothing but return buyers for this untraditional carrot cake! This is most definiately not your carrot cake from the '70's. The medium size is baked in a 6 cup bundt pan. Enjoy! Due to the frosting, this cake is not available to ship.
