My dark rum walnut cakes are made with Calif raisins plumped up with rum and water. The cake is loaded with chopped walnuts, honey, sour cream and rum. I do recommend on a regular basis, "do not eat and drive" ;-) This is not a fruit cake, but a dense, moist, rich cake that is especially nice around the holidays. This cake is loaded with walnuts and baked in a kitchen containing nuts. The large rum walnut cake is baked in a 12 cup bundt pan.
